I am a Professor at Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine and the Director of the Center for Oncogenomics and Innovative Therapeutics (COGIT) where the main goal is to provide a platform for precision oncology drug discovery, using innovative multi-omic approaches to understand the basic mechanism of cell plasticity and identify innovative therapeutics. I have a long-standing interest in understanding basic mechanisms of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation in order to identify therapeutic opportunities in oncology.
